LBP is fully registered with SARS to use the EDI interface and this enables us to offer a full service to our client’s at all South African ports. All operations and documentation are centrally managed from Cape Town and with our very well developed local- and worldwide agency network we are able to offer more for less.

LBP pride itself that it handles an extensive range of commodities over a wide spectrum of industries including perishable cargo. We therefore liaise with numerous government departments on a regular basis and are aware of the different requirements (e.g. Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), International trade and Administration Commission (ITAC), Department of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF), Department of Health (DOH), South African Revenue Service (SARS), South African Bureau of Standards (SABS).
